I see myself taking on a leadership role as the Director of CAREE Initiatives, where I can integrate research, education, and community engagement into a unified strategy for agricultural advancement. My goal would be to lead interdisciplinary teams that develop sustainable farming models, empower rural communities through practical education, and build partnerships that expand CAREE’s reach and impact. This role would allow me to drive innovation while ensuring that our work directly benefits the farmers and ecosystems we serve.
